# New Age Fencing

> Fencing and gate contractor based in George, Western Cape, South Africa. Works in George, Knysna, Mossel Bay and Plettenberg Bay and the wider Garden Route. Measures, makes and fits the work with its own team.

## What they do

- **Clear-view mesh fencing**: Close-spaced welded mesh that is hard to climb or cut and easy to see through. We fit it on its own or with electric fence brackets along the top.
- **Sliding gates**: Steel sliding gates that run on a ground track, with mesh or bar infill to match the fence.
- **Swing gates**: Single and double swing gates hung between pillars or posts.
- **Pedestrian gates**: Walk-through gates for front entrances, side passages and pools.
- **Custom steel work**: Cages, enclosures and one-off steel work made to fit the space.
- **Gate motors and repairs**: Centurion sliding gate motors, fitted with an anti-theft bracket. We also do repair and maintenance welding on existing gates and fences.

## How a job works

1. Site visit: they come out, measure and look at the ground and levels.
2. Written quote: the price in writing, with materials, finish and gate sizes listed.
3. Fabrication: gates and frames are made up in the George workshop.
4. Installation: posts set, panels fitted, gates hung and tested.

The website does not show prices. Prices are quoted in writing after a site visit.

## Fence planner

The website has a planner at https://newagefencing.co.za/#estimate where a visitor traces their boundary on a satellite photo. It measures each side, counts posts and sends the layout to New Age Fencing. Measurements are approximate and are confirmed on site.
